J-Novel Club has added a new light novel series to its lineup: Invaders of the Rokujouma!?, by Takehaya (with art by Poco). So far there are 25 volumes in Japan for this series (plus 2 side-story volumes), which is published by HJ Bunko (Hobby Japan).

There are already three volumes available to read freely on J-Novel Club’s website. These are newly-edited and polished drafts of the fan translations by Warnis, who will continue to translate the rest of the series. Warnis is now working on volume 23, which is currently releasing in weekly installments similar to J-Novel Club’s other light novel series. Meanwhile, volumes 4 through 22 will release for free on J-Novel Club one volume per month (and subsequently will also become available as ebooks to purchase).

Invaders of the Rokujouma!? Synopsis:

Newly Remastered Translation! Just starting high school, Koutarou is moving out on his own to take some of the burden off of his widower father. Lucky for him, he's found a room at Corona House. It has a great landlord, it's not too far from school, and best of all, it's dirt cheap. It really is perfect… except for the strange girls that keep appearing to try and take it over! But even as room 106 turns into a battlefield, Koutarou isn't willing to give up his apartment without a good fight. The invasion begins!
