J-Novel Club Announces the Launch of J-Novel Pulp Imprint with Three New Licenses

J-Novel Club Announces the Launch of J-Novel Pulp Imprint with Three New Licenses including Legendary Sci-Fi Epic PERRY RHODAN and Horror Hero JOHN SINCLAIR at April Livestream!

New Line dedicated to European Pulp Fiction coming to J-Novel Club!

J-Novel Club LLC is excited to announce the launch of its new J-Novel Pulp imprint following their latest announcement livestream held on April 2, on Twitch. This line is dedicated to the best of European pulp fiction, and premieres with three new series from Germany.

Leading the way is Perry Rhodan NEO. A reboot of the legendary science-fiction epic Perry Rhodan, NEO is a reimagined version for the 21st century. Amid crises in politics, climate change, and economic disruption, humanity’s hope lies in science and the space program. But when a key moon base goes dark, it’s up to chief astronaut Perry Rhodan and his crew to mount a rescue operation – or so the story goes in the press. The truth of Rhodan’s mission and what he finds on the moon, however, is a deeper, greater secret than the public can imagine, and the aftermath of its discovery will change the universe forever.

In addition to celebrating its own release, J-Novel Club wishes to congratulate its licensing partners at Pabel-Moewig Verlag on 10 years of NEO and a happy 60th Anniversary on the initial launch of Perry Rhodan, continuing its position as the longest-running science fiction series of all time!

Perry Rhodan NEO starts today on J-Novel Club with one part available to subscribers and cover art by toi8. Volume 1 will be available for Ebook pre-order shortly, with a street date of June 8th. The price is $6.99.

There are forces in our world beyond human understanding. When the servants of darkness – zombies, vampires, monsters, and more – threaten the peace, it’s up to Scotland Yard’s Special Division to hunt them down and set things right. Their top officer? John Sinclair: Demon Hunter. An international man of action, John Sinclair travels the globe to protect humanity from the darkest side of the supernatural. A cornerstone of European horror, John Sinclair has been a fixture for over 40 years, with new episodes published on a weekly basis in addition to an equally legendary series of audio dramas.

For its release, J-Novel Club is beginning with a newly revised version of 2015’s edition by Gabriel Conroy, followed by an ongoing best-of by original series creator Jason Dark. The Sinclair stories combine the atmosphere of a decaying, coal-fired late-industrial Britain with bloody horror, intense action, and spicy situations.

The supernatural also rears its head in unexpected ways for Jessica Bannister. When Jessica gets a job writing for the London City Observer, she expects a demanding editor to be the biggest threat to her career. Instead, she finds herself caught up with ghosts, curses, and premonitions lurking behind every corner. Can Jessica, along with her trusty cameraman Jim, find the truth behind the story – and do it before her deadline?

A female-targeted supernatural mystery, Jessica Bannister provides spooks, chills, and romance in a confident series of episodes.
